Yoga Workshops/ Retreats
Going on a yoga retreat with Amanda is magical. She meticulously plans each day so that we don’t have to think, we just go with the flow, feeding us with nature, learning, delicious vegetarian food, conversation, art, calm and deep reflection. Amanda always finds somewhere beautiful, unique and private for her retreats, where we can connect intimately as a group, so that you come away with new connections and friends as well as the calm and abundance of love one can expect after an experience like this. Thank you for always filling our cups Amanda! Can’t wait for the next one…
Emma, Art Director
“I have had the privilege to go on 2 retreats with the beautiful Amanda Ramcharitar, and with her wisdom, incredible yoga teachings and ability to create and hold space for others, it has both been retreats of deep release, connection and reflection and I’m so grateful for having had the experience.”

What an incredible opportunity to pause all distractions and drop into a calm, peaceful environment so skilfully held by Amanda. Her incredible knowledge of how mind, body and soul interact and her constant reminder of our access to a deeper level of consciousness constantly amazes me.

Yoga Training Course – Breathing From The Bones – The art of Self Practice
Amanda’s retreats and her self-empowering yoga workshop series laid the foundations for my yoga practice and how yoga weaves into my life. By embodying yoga, and a love of learning and connecting, in her life, Amanda is a beautiful guide – sharing her knowledge, wisdom and encouragement in an open accessible way.
Those she collaborates with truly enrich the experience. And her underlying sense of fun will always bring some sparkle and lightness.
I can confidently highly recommend investing in yourself with Amanda.

There are no words to describe how thankful I am that you do the work that you do
and that you have facilitated many great things for myself and others.
Whether on the mat or not, I enjoy seeing how blissful you are and I reckon you
manage to align yourself pretty well with that inner state of clarity and strength 😉
I recall the many moments at this year’s self-practice course, when you managed to
sum up very relevant topics like, what is yoga?, in a clear and insightful manner
leaving your pupils on their path with a wealth of knowledge. I gained a lot of insight
into how my mind, body, and energy works during these Sunday workshops and there
is most definitely a deeper sense of understanding of why yoga is of utmost
importance to have in one’s life. Something I have always strived for is to experience
oneness with my being and the universe.
past 8 years, and for me, there is no doubt that you are one of the best teachers I
have ever come across. They say “You attract where you at”, so I guess I was ready
to go deeper into my practice. So yes Amanda, we are so privileged as your first
“Breathing from the Bones, Self-Practice” group to gain so much experience and
know how to ultimately keep us going on our path of self-practice.
It’s fantastic to explore more into why I practice yoga by observing the feelings and
sensations that arise, but not to judge them. So Ja, I thank your teachings of asana’s,
pranayama’s, Chakra’s and all the rest, for my expansion of self.
Once again Amanda, thank you for following through with your calling to be your
ultimate self and to share such a level of yoga during these times of conscious
awakening.
I am in awe of your beauty and kindness my dear friend and I believe we will connect
again in the near future and share many more blissful laughs 😉
