Join in this workshop where you will delve into the deeper facets of traditional Hatha Yoga. This practice has the ability to bring magic into our modern day reality.  In this workshop you will learn about aspects of Yoga that bring synchronicity, imagination, dedication and genuineness into our life through Asana (physical practice).  We may do this by developing a Sacred Self-Practice.  Through learning the foundational components of Asana (emphasis on standing postures), breath, concentration and meditation techniques; we build the foundations of a self-practice and begin to let the inner teacher guide, from deep inside the bones, every time one steps on the mat.
