PART 1 – BREATHING FROM THE BONES

The first part of this course you will delve into the deeper facets of traditional Hatha Yoga and how the  practice has the ability to bring magic into our modern day reality.  In this first part you will learn about aspects of Yoga that bring synchronicity, imagination, dedication and genuineness into our life through the common sense tradition of Astanga, 8 limb practice.  We will focus on the foundations of  Asana (emphasis on standing postures).  Through learning the foundational components of Asana, breath & concentrated awareness within the postures, we build the foundations of a self-practice and begin to let the inner teacher guide, from deep inside the bones, every time one steps on the mat to meet the teacher within.
