In this workshop we will explore some of the intricate parts of the breath and physical body that allow more comfort and freedom in frontal extensions. These postures open one to more expansive living as they create space in the heart to pump more freely, and the lungs to breathe more fully.  This family of Asana’s can help in opening the spirit to dance more freely in one’s life.
