Join in this intriguing look at frontal expansions or otherwise known as backbends. In this workshop we will explore some of the intricate parts of the breath and physical body that allow more comfort and freedom in expanding the lungs and freeing more of the breath’s capacity through frontal extensions. These postures open one to more expansive living as they open pathways from the brain to the heart and create space in the heart to pump more freely, and the lungs to breathe more fully.  This family of Asana’s can help in opening the spirit to also dance more freely in one’s life. An expansive part of the course to gain understanding and to move deeper into the strength, fluidity and mobility of the spine in your daily practice.
