This workshop serves to connect one to the physical core of our being to the universal intelligence that surrounds us.  Here one will learn to integrate and move from core strength within the Asana practice, this includes specific core focused breath and physical exercises to help all Yoga enthusiasts to go deeper within their practice.  One will also learn the anatomy that is needed to integrate proper energetic and physical awareness to stay connected to the centre throughout ones self-practice, in one’s day to day activities and as far as one’s emotional and energetic being.  This is a great workshop for all types no matter experience level.
