This 6 part course is based on the book Breathing From the Bones which was written while pregnant with my daughter. I thought to write my thoughts on Yoga before I forgot them after extensive research into the subject over a decade and I’m so happy i did as it led me to offer deeper insights into the subtler layers of how Yoga stabilised me and in general how it stabilises the human being from the inside out. This birthed the following 6 part course. I have offered this course over the last decade to serious seekers of deep wisdom and to bring Yogic alignment. The course can run over 1 year, 6 months, or 6 weeks, or over an intensive retreat. Offered as private 1 – 1 or in groups. You can read more about the course content in the following links.
